Ken did an excellent job. It was a pretty simple transaction; however, it went flawlessly. Excellent Follow-up also. Recommend him highly.

Ken is the ultimate professional, and gave us support and confidence through every step of buying our first home. He very quickly “got” what we liked and more importantly, didn’t like – and was more than willing to show us multiple listings and discuss the pros and cons of each with us – while keeping his personal opinions out of the decision making process. We are living in our perfect home, and probably love it more because the entire process was surprising low-stress, thanks to Ken!

Thank you so much for being our realty broker on the sale of our house in West Roxbury earlier this year. You were not only the best realtor for us during this sale, but we consider you the best realtor we’ve had. And that includes eight previous moves during the last twenty years! Your expertise resulted in acquiring four offers in only three days after our house was on the market. Your advice was crucial in staging the house, talking to other realtors and brokers, scheduling appointments, determining the list price as well as helping us to negotiate the final contract. We are happy to endorse you as a reference to anyone.

My wife and I used Ken to buy our place in 2005, and have recommended him to numerous friends since then. We have all been pleased with Ken’s attention to detail, knowledge of the real estate market, and ability to execute!! He continuously goes above and beyond what is expected from his clients. Ken is somehow who just “gets it”, and understands the fine balance of buying & selling homes in and around Boston. I recommend Ken without hesitation, and would be happy to speak with anyone directly about our experiences.

Ken helped us find an investment property for condo conversion in Boston’s South End. He knew the area well and had a good grasp of what buyers would be looking for. We consulted with Ken on the build-out and the design of the condo’s. Ken went above and beyond with the design of a website dedicated to the property, and provided us with up to date market information to help us keep our budget in check. Turned out to be a great investment!

I met Ken through an open house and little did I know what an incredible agent he would be throughout the purchase of my new home! With moving from out of state and transferring jobs, I relied on Ken for his expertise and his ability to be concise, as well as keeping me focused. I was truly appreciative of all his support and would highly recommend him to friends!

I have bought and sold two condominiums with Ken, and would not hesitate to work with him again or recommend him to others. His outstanding knowledge of the Boston real estate market, his attention to detail during the various stages of the transactions, and his honest, direct approach made the entire process informative, stress-free, and enjoyable.
